I am in my second season of triathlons. I have a background as a runner, but have always done a lot of sports and outdoor activities. I kayak, indoor rock climb, snow shoe, etc. I like to personally challenge myself, since I have exercise induced and allergen asthma, as well as being hypoglycemia. Exercise is my passion and I see it as a way of life. I am much happier when I am racing, training and building connections with others.

I am currently training for my first half ironman, Vineman in July. After long course duathlon in Auburn, I'm looking forward to enjoying a bike with less climbing!
