WDYDT for Tuesday, August 19, 2008 6 mile easy run in town; still recovering from PP Ascent - my worst race ever. ended up in ER after reaching finish-line in zombie state: frozen, hypglycemic and dehydrated. Biked ~10 mi round trip, just enough to loosen the joints, to My India for great food: Roghan Josh/Chicken Korma, 2 orders of Garlic Naan. Loading up for the Double this weekend... a little early, plus hardly enough biking to burn it off... especially the creamy korma sauce, but well worth it, plus saving on gas & better for the environment. Haven't gotten much running in since running the peak 10 days ago (15-20, incl. walking) since I'm a bit run down & resting up for the big weekend.
