Martin Hynes

I began running cross country and track in high school, at Cardinal Gibbons in Ft. Lauderdale, and the lifestyle has continued on to this day (thank you Coach Glenn Lee!). Since I get beat up a little strictly running (knees swell up), and my wife Robyn got the idea that she wanted to do a triathlon, we started swimming and biking in 2002, and the rest is history. The triathlon lifestyle is our lifestyle. Part of our day's focus is whatever workout we are going to do. We love swimming with FLA (Ft. Lauderdale Aquatics) even though we are both slow (we are really just runners) and will continue to participate in races.
