John Biffar

Hello John. My name is Jonathan. We've run some of the same races, though I have just begun really running. This site put us as rivals, but I was more interested in finding out what it is you do as far as where you run, who you run with, and what you do to train. You run some amazing times. I'm just starting but I would sure like to be able to possibly post some times like you do some day, and aside from that, I don't have any competitive people my age to run with other than an occasional race.
