WD YDT (What did you do today?) |

Training has been going well, I'm running over 50 miles/week again and in another 2 weeks I'll start getting ready for the indoor track season. I'm looking at doing a 5k at Bemidji State and maybe a 3k at NDSU. I might even head down to St. Cloud for a meet, but the results there last year were pretty slow.

First race in awhile in Wahpeton. Ran 10k (actually 6.11 miles) for NDSCS homecoming. Ran 34:29 (5:39 pace) and felt strong. Very happy w/ result considering I haven't done any interval workouts in a few months.

Ran 45 miles this week w/ a long run of 13.5 miles. Beautiful fall day for long run. Knee feels good and I feel good...hopefully I can stay motivated now.

Starting to build up to 40 miles/week...looking to be around 50 come November and then I will think about trying to set a new 5k PR on the indoor track in Jan or Feb....after that it's time to get serious for Fargo 2009
