Thanks Barry! I really appreciate those words especially coming in from you, an uber-athlete. The race was pretty good and I was glad I was able to run after a hot bike ride. Took early precautions remembering melt downs in other races. The aim was closer to 10.30 but that'd have been an easy day. Running in frying conditions was pretty tough and aid station times increased but I was strong throughout. Race report to follow.
