Have you done Pumpkinman before? I was thinking of trying it this year, it looks like a lot of fun and I use to ride in that area in college (UNH). Trying to decide if it's a bad idea to do a half IM and a marathon so close together.

Voltaire told me you are running your first half a marathon this weekend. Good Luck--You are going to do well.

Yes. Stalker. Not training will get you those results. Hmmmm, it is weird that my Philly distance Run time didn't show up correctly under my hometown. Apparently, I was a resident of Pennsylvania at some point. Were you reading my mind? My Goals for 2009: complete a tri & run a half marathon under 2 hours.

Mini Report for 15th Annual Childrens Museum in Easton Road Race 2009: Run/5 Miles Added a Mini Report.
Sunday, 06/21/2009 — North Easton, MA
This was a "" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.
Race Notes: Very happy with my Father's Day race. Over 6 minutes faster than last year! Ran a very steady 6:38-6:41 pace. Could I have gone faster? Maybe. Next year I'll shoot for 30:00

Mini Report for Mooseman Triathlon Festival 2009: Oly/Intl Tri -Swim 1500M, Bike 27Mi, Run 6.2Mi Added a Mini Report.
Saturday, 06/06/2009 — Bristol, NH
This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: This was an important one. First long race of the year (2nd ever). Much hillier than I expected. Really need to get strong on the bike. I start to fade big after 40 minutes. Run was suprisingly fast (7:25 for 10k after an 1:18 bike). Swim was so - so, but happy considering my swim ability still. I would have liked the bike around 1:15, but need more hill training. Run was solid, but closer to 7:10 would have been ideal on that day. Race itself was awesome! Very much like the endorfun races. They put on a great event.

Mini Report for Christophers 5-k Run & Walk For Diabetes 2009: Run-5K Added a Mini Report.
Monday, 05/25/2009 — West Bridgewater, MA
This was a "C" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: Last minute entry into this 5k. Followed Kim Shattuck, she paced me well. We ran a 6:18, 6:38, 6:38. Not happy about that. Would have like to see a consistent 6:25 to go under 20 (finally!). Next time.

Mini Report for Cohasset Road Race by the Sea 10k 2009: Run 10K Added a Mini Report.
Sunday, 04/05/2009 — Cohasset, MA
This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.
Race Notes: First 10k. Overall very satisfied considering the hilly windy course. But I stuck to my pace well and happy with the finish. Next year, hope to go under 40:00.
