I rated my performance a 2 out of 5.
Race Notes: My first attempt, and probably a good example of how NOT to do things. Not nearly enough preparation, got my nutrition wrong. Cramped badly by half way and spent half an hour off my bike streching, only carried on because I had told so many people I was doing it and couldn't face the possibility of failure. Need to get more longer trainig rides in.
