I enjoy the challenges of a triathlon. The training is intense, but the results are so rewarding. I believe the best activity for your body is a multisport,crosstraining, endurance building routine. I've been running for 4 years now and I would never have imagined to enjoy it physically and mentally as much as I do . I ran my first half marathon this year....what an amazing feeling it was when I crossed the finish line. I started endurance swimming and biking this past year and it's been a kick ass workout to prepare me for the Sprint Triathlons I have accomplished. My goal for next year is to complete the Olympic Triathlon in 2hrs.30min.
