Thanks Paul. Well I am back from Florida. What a race. The days before the race, it was raining in the early afternoon. On race, no sign of rain and with the heat around 90, it was going to be a long day. The swim was great, (the course was about 400 yards long) I was in the top 15 of my wave. The bike was going great until mile 46 when a lady cut in front of me and clipped my front wheel. With that I want down doing 20 MPH on my left side. It took about 5 minute to get back on my bike to finish up the bike section. On to the run. With the heat and my left side looking like hamburger I started running only lasting about one mile in to the run. I had to run what the rest of the event. The heat was so bad out there that I saw about 5 people passed out in the med tents. I did finish with a time of 6:40. Over all it was a good event. Good luck on you next run. Tim
