Hey Mazz.  Would love to-  I am hurt.  I am in PT at ontrack for a disk problem in my lower back.  First major injury in 9 years.  Caused either by yoga or getting out of bed "wrong". After talking to Brian Loeffler and Donna Smyers, Ive determined that: It could be a herniation or bulge or rupture of the L5 S1 disk It could be a pirformis muscle spasm clinching the sciatic nerve Recovery could inlude 5 weeks to 6 months depending on the state of the injury (??) Without an MRI I guess I wont know.   For the time being, I am poppin advil and trying to stay out of pain and praying to get feeling back into my leg soon so I can start to think about LP.   At the moment I am having difficulty just getting dressed in the morning- i still cant tie my rt shoe I suppose these times are meant to bring perspective to ambition, create humility, and savor the accomplishments and milestones of our lives.  In the last few weeks, I have spent entire days in bed, with plenty of time to reflect.  Philly qualified me for Boston thru 2010, so I will look forward to that.  On a good note, Michelle entered her second trimester today and we now have an awesome dvd of her ultrasound!  So we can celebrate that instead!
