I did my first sprint triathlon when I was 50 years old. I have been doing sprint triathlons now for 10 years. Three years ago I started doing Olympic distance triathlons. This past April I qualified for the Age Group National Championship in Portland Or. I raced in the Championship this past weekend and had a great time and performed very well.
