Well, I was a professional motocross racer for the last 10 years and have decided to try another sport while I am not too old. LOL So I did my first triathlon July 27th, 2008 and I am hooked. I hope to continue to improve in this sport and be able to be a top finisher in all my races. But most of all, give glory to God in everything He enables me to do.

I did the full 3 loops of the PBR course this morning. It took 1hr 14min. I will do it again Friday and see if I can't get it done faster.

Ran intervals today. It went well. I finished it off with a mile run and did that in 6:32. This felt great. At lunch I will swim 1000m at Kiwanis.
