Hans Layman

Well I used to do a lot of sports in high school but I primarally focused on Hockey and Lacrosse, and ran the 400 in high school and did very well at it. I took a break during college and now I'm getting back into the swing of exercise as a 25 year old. I just completed a 5K on September 28th and did suprisingly well (22:12). I am getting into triathlons in the near future and am doing the ING half marathon in the coming year.
