Started off as a collegiate tennis and volleyball player, switched to bodybuilding, then in the midst of spin classes and competitive water polo, decided to take up endurance sports. Fell in love with triathlon and the rest is history!

Now I coach endurance athletes (http://www.pacificfit.net), direct a physiology and performance laboratory, (http://www.champsportsmed.com), and host a free fitness blog and podcast (http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com)!
