Hey wats up it's me Oscar. All I wanted to say is that GOD has used you and as christians we need to bring light into this dark world full of sin. We need to share the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and let others know that he has forgiven the sins of the world on the cross, and rose on the third day so we can have eternal life with him. Hey wats up I just wanted to know if you can give me any tips on how to stay healthy and how to prevent injury. Oh and can you also tell me which types of foods are best.
