Olean half marathon in 1:22:12. Went out way to fast! 1st mile in 5:47, first 4 in 6 min pace! Died after 3 miles...lol. No water. Legs felt overtrained, VERY tight and tired. Not good race but never gave up and ran a good time considering conditions. Not giving up on breaking 2:50 in Boston.

VO2 Max test with dead legs and strained calf. Not good idea. Vo2 max=71

10 miles at fairly fast pace. Woke up and strained my left calf. Left calf and ankles sore and tight! NOT GOOD!

8 close to mp in the morning then 6 on the treadmill at night. Legs are tired but feel good for running 80 miles this week. Next week going to run speed and less miles!

12 miles in much better weather than yesterday. Legs felt tired in first 8 then better last 4. Legs feel good for such a high mileage week. Double workout tommorow :)

10 miles in nasty weather. 30+ mph winds, 28 degrees, and rain! Mentally and physically tough, but it didn't kill me it only made me stronger!
