WD YDT (What did you do today?) |

Won Fort worth Marathon, with an injured leg and without any training. through all that pain, suffering and mental stuff after mile 18, i finally made it to the top...it was one of amazing moments of my life..
Now im eyeing Miracle match Marathon and hoping to win it with a decent time. God help me!
I hope i will find a good coach soon!

Is in Switzerland Rrrrokin some races.
Today i will be going to the river to dip my legs for an hour, then go to bed, for an hour, then go fro hill run for 1hr10min, take lunch sleep for for an hour then i got 1hr easy run in the evening and call off this lonely day a day.
