Swam trough high school, waterpolo during college years.... nothing for a while, just sporadic bike rides.

I've been wanting to get on track and do a small Tri. And finally did one when the season is almost over, but I think that I'm hooked now. I can't wait for the next season 2009... at least I have enough time to get ready for a bigger one now.

This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.

Race Notes: It felt pretty good. I paced very well until mile 9 (@7:55), and then started to pick up pace, which developed a huge cramp in my right tight almost making me stop... I had to lower pace to almost 12:00 to relax the cramp and finish 1:48:21

This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: Got there just in time.. not much chance to "concentrate", but they delayed start for about 20 min, so it was enough. Swim was fine in 25 min.... Bike was at snail pace compared to others 1:24, and the run was ok I guess 59min, but it was a 12K instead of 10K!

This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: Did better than I expected. I had good, but conservative, pace in the first half of the race. Then picked up the pace a tried to hold the same consistent pace. (8:12). My left lower hamstring wanted to cramp really bad around mile 11th, but careful pacing and recovering avoided any major injury.... Really happy overall.
