Former hockey player in college and semi Pro. Played baseball as well. Runner and have been on the Tortise and Hare Racing Team as well on the Michigan Grand Masters Team. Participated on a team attending the National 5k and 8k cross country events in New Jersey and New York as well as the National Masters track and field meet held in Lansing Michigan. In 2008 completed the Ft. Custer Stampede Mountian Bike Race and the Endurance Sprint Triatholon st Sterling State Park in June.
