I started running in Dec. 2007 with the AIR Foundation to help battle my addictions with drugs and alochol. Since that time I have remained sober and have found a new addiction...RUNNING. Thanks to Nick Sterner and all the volunteers with the AIR Foundation I'm running to lead a clean and sober life.
