New to running with 2008 being my first year as a "serious" runner. I've enjoyed seeing my fitness improve dramatically and my times in races go down. I've had a few knee surgeries and was worried about being able to complete a marathon, but finished 2 in 2008 and will run at least 3 in 2009. I'm hoping to qualify for Boston Marathon in 2009 and will need a 3:15 or better to do so.

Haven't logged in here for awhile. Ran my "comeback" race today. A local Mpls 5K and finished in 19:10. Not my best 5K, but decent for being only 1 month after surgery.
