I STARTED RUNNING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 30 YEARS ON 1-1-07. IN THE COURSE OF 1 AND 1/2 YEARS I HAVE LOST 30LBS. I AM FINALLY RUNNING MY FIRST FULL MARATHON ON 11-30-08, SPACE COAST MARATHON AT THE AGE OF 47 AND I FEEL VERY GOOD AND PROUD OF MYSELF. IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN TOO. THAT'S WHY I TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT MY ACHIEVEMENTS SO THAT THEY CAN DO EXERCISE AND LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE WITH JUST RUNNING A FEW DAYS A WEEK.
