Lost 40 pounds on WeightWatchers and began running at the age of 56 after being a couch potato for 30 years or so. One of my goals for my first year of running (ending Labor Day Weekend 2009) is to run 50 races (on track so far!). I review and rate each race on my blog, old-runner.com.
