Well Guys looks like I am done for this season !!!! I suffered a big back injury the week before Tuggaloo. I was on the sidelines for the first time cheering all of you on. I want to say I am very impressed at how fast you guys roll out !! It gave me a new perspective of why we the masters level guys are so feared !!! Don,t worry I am gettinbg better and will be out there pushing the limits again soon. Until I see you all again , Be safe, have fun and dig DEEP !!!!

Ok, Had a big reality check at the US Age Group nationals !!! Big Guns from all over loaded for Bear and I was shooting Blanks !!! The river swim up current left me spent on the bike and run. I was in a fog most of the bike and recieved my first ever penalty !!! Passing on the right ??? I don,t even remember doing it. I will review this race and learn from it !!! Good luck to you all and remember we all have to get up after we fall :)

This video covers the entire bike course for the escape from alcatraz race. dangrerous turns , big climbs and screaming decents. I am usually at the front with black arm warmers, blue and orange jersery and black helment giving the bike coach a good workout. Spitting the others out the back . OOps.
