Thanks Mark, At Pies I'm only looking to break 20, since I am now training with Coach Paul McRae, starting with building a base and working towards a goal 5K in July which will gear me up for cross country season. You ran a great race at Memorial Day, considering the conditions that we had to deal with. The humidity took its toll on me, although I did PR by 3 secs. I hope Run for the Pies will have more favorable conditions, possibly having both of us achieve new PRs. See you there!

Volunteer pacer for the 4:15 marathoners. First-time using Galloway run/walk (3/1 min) method. Felt good throughout and had an awesome group to run with most of the way!
