Been casually running since the St. Jude marathon and began my Nashville training plan this week - did first tempo run on Saturday on the New Orleans marathon course at a 8:45 pace. It was hard, but think it will get easier as I get back in the routine. I plan on adding leg weight exercises to my routine in order to gain leg strength.
