Wow, that was quick ! Thanks do you mostly use the Olympus with a headset microphone ? I'm here in Argyll Scotland (where it's 19.37 & endlessly raining). I also did IMCanada last year as I have a wonderful cousin living in North Vancouver and it was a great excuse to have an adventure with my son - we both travelled from Scotland. Anyway my advice to you is take care of your nutrition just now : lots of vit C ; you will be very vulnerable to infection after your epic Sunday. Keep away from people with colds ! In Argyll that's impossible. I have a half Marathon on Sunday in Glasgow - it's good that you have that target ahead of you. How do you feel about your bike right now ? I remember in Penticton last year on Monday morning a guy standing next his bike with a big card saying "Bike For Sale" - I knid of knew what he meant ! It's such a long time in the saddle. The climb up to the lakes (was it the green lake ?) was terrible for me & I slipped my chain at some point & seeing people cycle past was soooooo frustrating. Anyway I'm probably keeping you back. Hi Erin, have you been taking it easy after the Ironman ? I hope so. I thought your swim time was just amazing. Erin, I hope you don't mind me asking but could you advise me about the kit you use when podcasting ? Your voice is so very clear and natural. Even the outdoor stuff is pretty good quality. I'm trying to start a podcast and my first one sounds like I'm in a cave - all I need is Osama Ben Laden to turn up. Any advice is much appreciated. Take care & looking forward to your race story.
