WOW! I don't usually run my Sunday run that fast. I felt pretty good on Monday. I had a little soreness but was able to go out for 5 miles with Steve & Tommy on Monday. It felt great to actually run with someone. The dogs didn't get me although one did get kind of close. I wasn't expecting them to be there.

How is your hip doing? Hope all is well.

Hey thanks for the concern about Bayshore. Nothing wrong with me other than my work schedule sucks majorly. I ended up working 14 hours on Friday and 12 on Saturday...not my idea of fun, but gotta pay the bills!!! Hopefully your training for Charlevoix is going well.

Hey Alan thanks a ton. Boy I'll tell you Jeff and I went down to the wire today. I had always wanted to win a race for my late friend Gary to honor his memory. He's the one who got me into running and I know somewhere he's smiling :-) Things are going pretty well right now and hopefully I'll get my 10k back in the 38's next week in Bad Axe. Are you going to be in Bad Axe next week to try and make it two wins in a row at this event? Look forward to seeing you next week if that's the case. Thanks again for the congrats.
