but also sean & meghan.
Tir-ta-nog with like 30 people! it was just like the old days, but we got soaked, even while doing the 3 mile loop with ALL of Matt's roomies!

did not run in am (too early today) but ran in afternoon for 1:10 at tempo with cameron around Wade, Gleenwood, Hilsborough, St. Marys, Oberlin; then 2 more miles @ 7 pace. (& Thanks for the check up Sean:)) test in the AM!!!! gotta study
