Today I ran 19 miles. Well, not all at once! Had only 10+ miles in the bank by this morning and had a strong 9.2 in the mornning with bitter cold. Met up with The Bandidos in the evening, and with no strong words of caution or repudiation, tacked on an easy 10. There WAS a calorie motive as well, but tomorrow morning will be interesting.
