I'm part of the Up and Running on the East Coast Race Team based in Cocoa Beach, FL with coach Rebecca Sparks. I have been an endurance athlete with 8 marathons and about the same number of half marathons under my belt. This year I'm focusing on overall health and recovery. My latest passion is competing in Triathalons with a focus on my running as my strength. This year I was fortunate enough to compete in the Miami Man Half Ironman race and loved the thrill of competition and the overall good whole body workout.
