Randy Smith

I did my first duathlon in November of 2003 and since then i have competed in one Marathon, various 5k and 10k road races, a dozen or so sprint triathlons and more than a dozen adventure races. I'm pretty much back of the pack for my age group but really want to lose some weight, gain some fitness and move up this year. Hopefull compete in my first international distance tri. Possibly get in shape for the Honolulu Marathlon next December. I met Chad who invited me to this site.
