I'm a distance runner from Winter Park, Florida. I live in Orlando and I travel often for work. I'm in DC a lot and I'd like to eventually end up in DC full time. I started running as a little kid. I ran high school cross country and track for Trinity Prep. State champs in cross country in 1996 and state champion in the 2 mile in 1998. I ran college cross country and track at the University of Kentucky. I got injured and took several years off from running. I thought my running life was over but I discovered running again in 2006. Now I run half & full marathons. I've run Chicago 3 times, Boston 3 times, New York City, and the Rock & Roll in Phoenix. My best time is a 2:53 from Boston in 2008. My most memorable race was doing the Chicago marathon in 2008 with my sister Amanda. I'm also planning on doing an iron man with my brother in law Sean in 2009.
