This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.

Race Notes: Best Race I've run - Went out Very quick and held it at around 6:05 for the first 4 miles - then began to taper off - 6:17 pace overall. Great Run - Very happy with the resuls

This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.

Race Notes: Fastest I have ever run. Weather was great around 60. A little windy on the course - Fairly flat - a few small hills - but nothing real bad. Felt good from the start - went out at 5:45 - 2 mile mark at 12:00 Really pushed the last 1/10 of a mile. Very happy with the results. 13th overall. first old guy...

This was a "C" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.

Race Notes: Not a good race - Start was crowded - satrted too far back and had to push 1st mile too fast - struggled with cramps on the 3rd mile. Not a good race - decent result for a bad race.

Race Notes: Decent result - not a good performance - Swim - went out too quick - Bike was solid but very windy - run was tough due to wind and cramps at the start . Decent result though

Dublin Irish Festival 4 Miler: RUN 4Mi

Race Notes: Went out way too fast - 5:15 1st 1/3 mile - Satrted to get a calf cramp around 3/4 mile into the race. Ran with Ken - most of the race.
