I picked up running about 15 years ago. I ran and lifted through two pregnancys. I am currently a stay home mom my kids are 4 and 2. Working out and training is my hobby. I am now running at the best pace ever. I enjoy running short distance. Love to improve my speed in every race. I always ask my daughter if she thinks mama is going to have a p.r. She saids run really fast mama you will win!
