Did the Key Biscayne "Trilogy" duathlon #4 this morning. Had a great race and PR. Paced 8:00 on run 1. Biked 18.5mph (PR). Ran 8:37 5k.

WDYDT for Monday, September 7, 2009
Ran the Disneyland Half Marathon yesterday. It was my first half marathon since March. I ran the first six miles too fast but I think if I hadn't then I wouldn't have finished under two hours. I got in just under 1:59, which is my second best time, but I struggled the last several miles to stay on a good pace. I don't think I would have kept it up if I didn't have the two hour pacer playing tag with me throughout the race.

After having a chest pain scare in March, and some follow on discomfort that has finally subsided, I'm just getting back to training. Maybe I'll finally run with Raven today.
