1330-Great western Loop. 55miles, 5900ft climbing, strict heart rate parameters 150-159, 16.0mph avg, 3hr21min

1800-48min run, HR 160-164, 5.5miles......not fun

I have a basic outline but I kind of go on feel. I swim every morning and try to bike and run every night. I will do hill repeats and track workouts(once a week) and lately I have been killing it on the bike trainer. I get so much more out of a trainer ride than and outdoor ride.
