Alex Salinas

I ran xc and track in high school. Since graduating, I've picked up longer distances. I don't directly train for distances 10k and shorter, but I continue to improve as a result of my overall fitness. I plan on doing two more half marathons before I sign up for a full in October 2010. After that, barring injury, I'm dipping down to 5k and 10k training for a year. DCHSXC! and GVRC represent.
