This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: My first 1/2 Iron! Wow. 3rd in age group! Tapered perfectly. Ate and rank as planned, rain during run helpful survive most of run w/o overheating. Sub 5 hr for a almost officially 1/2 Iron distance.

Race Notes: Stormy morning, swim cancelled, but needed to use timing mats so all did the swim 'wade' in & out. Then stormy run, they closed 1/2 way thru to avoid severe storms.

I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.

Race Notes: Clear calm day, 72 degree water, in town for the U2 concert. Fun new experience. Hard to do so long w/o wet suit. Following 'real' swimmers proved challenging.
