I grew up playing soccer and I have always been a pretty good runner. I thought my endurance was decent, but I am finding out it is going to have to be much stronger to be competitive in multi-sport events. My biggest problem is that I am a terrible free style swimmer, but I am working on it. I am going to keep on training!

I rode 26 miles this morning with five 4 minutes intervals at AT. It felt pretty good, but it was nothing compared to Lance's acceleration up the "Col du petit st. Bernard" during today's stage at the Tour de France. You know what they say "The hotter the heat, the stronger the steel"!
