This was a "A" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.
Race Notes: Very difficult course. Hoping for a top ten AG, but finished 17th in a field of 90. Changed from triathlon to duathlon because of high surf. Very strong field fighting for spots on Team USA for ITU Sprint World Championship in Gold Coast Australia.

Race Notes: Got a terrible start about 500 people back. Not paying attention when start time came. Worked through the crowd, often running on the sidewalk. Time slower than last year.
