Brian Rosetti

After college I was accepted to ZAP Fitness, an Olympic Training Facility for distance runners, where I trained full time in the mountains of North Carolina for 2 years. At ZAP I set PR's at 1500 and 3000 meters. I then moved to New York City and started private coaching. From my experience at ZAP working with elite athlete coach, Pete Rea, I learned about the necessity of applying individualized training programs for athletes. This belief combined with my desire to help and motivate other runners who have their own goals prompted me to found The Run S.M.A.R.T. Project, a personalized training experience.
