Got a tetanus shot today. Ouch. Kind of figuring I'd need this shot before I jump into Tempe Town Lake. I must have a low tolerance for pain, cuz it feels more like a scorpion sting. And yes, i've been stung before...twice!

What a feeling! 1,000 meters without stopping, putting my feet down or even pushing off the wall! What an amazing feeling. Sure did make up for falling off my bike twice earlier that same day.

Finally swam 500 meters without stopping. It was awesome! I'm finally getting the feel of gliding in the water. It's a peaceful feeling.
