Well, I'm going to be a sophomore at YLHS. I have one year running experience (XC & Track) with EHS which has taught me many things in running. I also do FC which is a triathlon program to keep runners and others in shape. Future goals would be to run my first 1/2 marathon, marathon, and to eventually run an Iron Man. PR Goals: XC- Sub 18:00 1 mile-Sub 5:00 2 miles- Sub 11:00 1/2 mile- Sub 2:20

Sunday, 06/07/2009 — San Dimas, CA
This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: My first race using my road bike. I felt uncomfortable since I was used to riding mountain bikes. Overall, I did excellent, but I had trouble in one of my transistions, so my time should have been even better.
