After decades of bicycle racing, I started running in December of 2007. For my forty fifth birthday, I ran my first race in the April 2009 Pat's Run. The Arizona Road Racers invited me to compete in the Summer Series five races here in the Arizona heat. Whew, run like it is HOTTTT. The friends I have made already are great, and all the coaching is appreciated. The competition is tougher than I expected, and is a welcomed motivation. In Health, Michael Frank, D.C.
