I was always in pretty good shape, I played soccer for many years and sprinted the track every day during practice. In High School I played soccer for 2 years and then stopped playing sports. I went to track practice twice with a friend but never stuck with it. Eventually my senior year rolled around and a cute girl asked me to go running with her (she was on the XC team) so I did, and I was EXHAUSTED! I could barely talk the whole time and so she initially didn't think I liked her, but really I couldn't breathe. However nearly 2 years later I'm here in good running shape and plan to attempt triathlons in the near future, and fortunately for me, the cute girl is my girlfriend. Running has been great ever since :)

This was a "B" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: Fairly quick race, I was probably prepared for it though.

This was a "C" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.
Race Notes: I was generally unprepared for this race, as my dad signed me up 2 days prior and I had not been training for any kind of race. I did just fine though.
