I am a Triathlon Coach who participates in Triathlons, not a Triathlete who coaches. I enjoy helping people aachieve what they once thought impossible. i have competed all distances from Sprint to Full Ironman but prefer the Sprint Distance. Last to start and first to finish allows me to see all of my athletes off to a good start and then welcome them in as they finish.
