2nd run back it was awsome no pain 20min and did a lot of rehab drills and abs and multi grip pull ups.

Thank you Anthony. My last big run is the Marine Corps Marathon this coming Sunday. After that I will take a couple of weeks off from running to let my body heal. What about you? I see you are a track runner and a really good one.
