4x 800m with 400 flat and second 400m uphill. was really tough my leg hurt but i was running ok. need to work on a softer foot strike.

I'd just like to be a pain and point out that Coordinator is spelled wrong on the page. It says Co-ordinator for both David and I. I expect that to be fixed Anthony...c'mon! haha I'll talk to you later!
