25min run with two of the guys, was pretty good but the only problem was i forgot to wear long pants so cold! did ab ripper and rehab work

Thank you Anthony. My last big run is the Marine Corps Marathon this coming Sunday. After that I will take a couple of weeks off from running to let my body heal. What about you? I see you are a track runner and a really good one.

25min run felt good went with the club. Did rehab work, core and and multi-grip pull ups. Right toe is locking up a bit.

first day back 20min felt good was a little nervous, 8 min abs and rehab work.
