3x60 hill intervals, 5min at 4min50 pace and 3min at 5min pace, 3x60 sec hill intervals. was hurting in the mile but went a bit fast. got stung by a bee this workout. Lifted

I'd just like to be a pain and point out that Coordinator is spelled wrong on the page. It says Co-ordinator for both David and I. I expect that to be fixed Anthony...c'mon! haha I'll talk to you later!
