"Fate has brought me here........... I hope for nothing.......I fear nothing." (Kratos GOW3) I am consumed with triathlons, and am now in training for full Ironman. However, I am stepping my way to it by entering the Disney Half in 5/16/10. I am steadily improving, and constantly pushing ahead, with only the highest goals entering my thoughts. Your either first or your last! Anybody want to go fast?

Taking it easy today, then a 5k race in the morning, followed by a bike ride home. The bike segment should be around 70+ miles.

Getting ready for some kick drills at the pool and then a mile swim with good form I hope. Then I am going to do some running.
Swim was not all that good, legs are just wore out. May be a nice long run will help?

I did a chest workout at the gym and then did a mile warm up jog. The knee felt pretty good, so I did a 6 minute mile on the treadmill.Soon I will be back at 100% and no workout will end without blood flowing!
Going to do a 56 mile bike in the AM if I am able to wake up early enough.
